Tenant Relation Specialist - Commercial

We are looking for a proactive Tenant Relation Specialist to manage commercial tenant relationships, support lease administration, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the tenant lifecycle. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in commercial property management or tenant relations • Experience managing commercial leases and tenant communications • Knowledge of property management practices and customer service standards • Strong administrative and coordination skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications SKILLS & COMPETENCIES • Experience managing commercial tenant enquiries and relationship management • Ability to coordinate lease documentation and renewal processes • Capable of resolving tenant concerns through effective communication • Strong organizational and documentation management skills • Effective collaboration with operations, leasing, and finance teams • High attention to detail and service quality • Ability to manage multiple priorities within established timelines .
