Telesales Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our services, generating qualified leads, and converting inquiries into sales. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential. Key Responsibilities • Contact prospective customers through outbound calls. • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales. • Explain company products and services clearly and professionally. • Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication. • Achieve monthly sales and performance targets. • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. • Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Requirements • Education - Intermediate or Higher. • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred. • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. • Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Malayalam are an advantage). • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office. • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. • Positive attitude, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills.
