Telesales Executive

**Telesales Executive – Real Estate** We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven **Telesales Executive** to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for connecting with potential buyers, investors, and tenants over the phone. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for the sales team, helping to drive sales of residential and commercial properties. **Key Responsibilities:** * Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote current real estate listings and projects. * Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and property portals. * Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property options. * Schedule appointments for property viewings and connect interested clients with sales agents. * Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. * Stay up\-to\-date with market trends, property developments, and competitor offerings. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer\-facing sales role (real estate experience is a plus). * Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections professionally. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills.. * Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage. * Positive attitude, high energy, and goal\-oriented mindset. **What We Offer:** * Performance incentives and recognition programs. * Career development and internal promotion opportunities. * Ongoing training and support from experienced real estate professionals. * Friendly, dynamic, and multicultural work environment. * Access to a wide range of high\-demand property listings and investment projects. **Requirement**: * \- Fluency in English and any additional language is plus point * \- At least 1 year of experience in Tele calling ( Females Preferred) * \- Bachelors degree in Any Field Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: Up to AED4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
