Telesales Executive (Education sector)

Newton Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and target\-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills, with experience in telesales, lead conversion, and customer follow\-up. Candidates with experience in the education or training sector will be preferred. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle incoming and assigned leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. * Contact prospective students and understand their course requirements. * Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures. * Follow up consistently with leads to convert inquiries into admissions. * Maintain proper records of calls, follow\-ups, and lead status. * Meet assigned monthly sales and admission targets. * Coordinate with the branch team to complete the admission process. * Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students. * Follow company sales procedures and reporting requirements. **Requirements** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales or sales. * Experience in the education, training, or similar sector is preferred. * Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong negotiation and convincing skills. * Target\-oriented and self\-motivated. * Good follow\-up and customer\-handling skills. * Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines. * Candidates with UAE sales experience are preferred. **What We Offer** * Full\-time employment. * Opportunity for career growth. * Supportive and performance\-driven work environment. * Incentives based on performance.
