Company overview: Pentabell is seeking a skilled Telesales Agent, for one of its clients in the Banking sector. The role involves contacting prospective and existing customers to promote banking products and services while achieving sales targets. Position: Telesales Agent Summary: We are looking for motivated and results-driven Telesales Agents to join a leading bank in Kuwait. The successful candidates will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers, promoting the bank s products and services, and achieving assigned sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote banking products and services. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products. Generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate records of interactions. Requirements: Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, direct sales, or customer service is preferred. Experience within the banking or financial services sector is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a persuasive and confident communication style Target-oriented and motivated by achieving sales results Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively Good command of Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
