Technical Manager – Engineering Projects **Job Type:** Full\-time **Location:** Qatar **Seniority Level:** Mid\-Senior Level **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced **Technical Manager – Engineering Projects** to oversee the technical coordination and execution of **FF\&E and interior fit\-out works**. The role will ensure design, quality, materials, finishes, and technical requirements are fully coordinated and compliant throughout project execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead technical coordination and execution of interior fit\-out and FF\&E works. * Review and coordinate shop drawings, joinery details, furniture designs, and technical submissions. * Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. * Coordinate MEP requirements with architectural/interior works. * Review materials, finishes, samples, and technical submittals. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams. * Resolve technical issues and support smooth project execution. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field**. * **10–12 years of relevant experience**. * Strong experience in **interior fit\-out and FF\&E projects**. * Experience with **shop drawings, joinery, furniture design and execution**. * Strong knowledge of **materials, finishes, and construction details**. * Good experience in **MEP coordination**. * **Qatar/GCC experience is preferred**. * Strong technical coordination and communication skills.
