Team members collaborate across design and implementation to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet professional standards. **Role Description:** The Landscape Technical Designer at Sulaitheen Garden is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Qatar. This role is responsible for developing detailed technical drawings and plans for landscape projects, including layouts, planting schemes, hardscape elements, and outdoor structures. Day\-to\-day tasks include translating conceptual designs into precise technical documentation, coordinating with architects, project managers, and site teams, and ensuring that designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and client requirements. The Landscape Technical Designer reviews site measurements, prepares material specifications, supports cost estimation, and provides technical guidance during installation and construction. The role also involves revising plans based on feedback, maintaining organised project documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes. **Qualifications** * Strong Technical Design skills with the ability to create accurate, detailed plans and drawings for landscape projects.\- Knowledge of international landscape construction standards and practices. * Architecture\-related knowledge to understand structural considerations, spatial planning, and integration of landscape elements with built environments. * Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate design intent clearly to site and construction personnel. * Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, CAD\-based tools, or similar) and familiarity with industry standards. * Attention to detail, strong problem\-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. * Previous experience in landscape design, architectural design, or a related field; experience in Qatar or the Gulf region is an advantage. * Relevant diploma or degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline. * Experience preparing IFC, tender, and construction drawings. * Familiarity with BIM workflows and Revit is an advantage.
