Team Leader – iGaming / Online Gaming

**Job Type:** Full\-time **Industry:** iGaming / Online Gaming **Salary:** AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month **Location:** Dubai, UAE Job Description We are looking for an experienced **Team Leader** to manage and motivate our telesales/calling team in the **iGaming / Online Gaming** industry. Key Responsibilities * Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telesales agents. * Monitor daily calls, sales performance, FTDs, conversions, and team targets. * Track and analyze agent performance and prepare daily/weekly reports. * Train agents to improve sales, communication, and customer engagement. * Ensure team members achieve assigned KPIs and targets. * Maintain strong relationships with agents and help build a high\-performing team. * Provide management with accurate performance data and regular updates. Requirements * **Hindi is mandatory.** * Previous **Team Leader / Supervisor experience** in iGaming, online gaming, telesales, or BPO is preferred. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Good knowledge of **sales data, reports, KPIs, FTDs, and agent performance tracking**. * Must have a **strong network of experienced telesales agents** and be able to provide reliable agent references/data. * Target\-oriented and capable of handling a fast\-paced environment. * UAE experience is an advantage.
