Team Leader - Cleaning Services

Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage cleaning teams at client sites. * Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance and attendance. * Ensure cleaning services are completed according to company and client standards. * Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and hygiene requirements are met. * Coordinate with clients and address routine service requirements. * Monitor cleaning equipment, materials, and supplies. * Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures. * Prepare daily reports and communicate operational issues to Management. * Transport cleaning staff, equipment, and materials to assigned locations. * Drive company vehicles safely and ensure proper vehicle care. * Identify potential **cross\-selling and upselling opportunities** and report them to the Sales/Operations team. Requirements: * **2–3 years of experience** in cleaning, housekeeping, facility management, or a related field. * Previous **Team Leader/Supervisory experience** preferred. * **Valid Qatar Driver's License – Mandatory.** * Good communication and leadership skills. * Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals. * Ability to supervise a team and work under pressure. * Good customer service and problem\-solving skills. * English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
