Team Leader

Minimum Qualifications: • Four‑year full‑time B. Sc. /B. E . Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum Experience & Skills: • At least 5 years in Condition Monitoring of MV/HV networks. • Experience with MV switchgears, RMUs, transformers, feeder pillars. • Certified oil sampler (KM‑approved lab). • Infrared Level‑1 Thermography certification. • Partial Discharge diagnosis certification. • Asset Management certification. • EHS certifications. • First Aid & Fire Warden training. • Safety knowledge for HV installations. • Proficiency in MS Office & digital logging apps. • English and local languages (preferable). • Leadership, communication, reporting skills. Responsibilities: • Receive KM Safety Document for work access. • Execute work as per plan. • Apply condition monitoring techniques. • Supervise site crew. • Perform EHS risk assessments/toolbox talks. • Prevent damage to KM assets. • Coordinate with KM control center. • Review site planning with Project Engineer. • Update team members. • Collect site data digitally. • Conduct inspections/photos. • Coordinate with Data Analysts. • Report abnormalities/theft cases urgently. • Define assembly points. • Coordinate team gatherings at muster point. • Ensure calibration of tools/equipment. • Maintain inspection data quality. • Ensure valid gate passes. .
