Guests can also enjoy Jumeirah’s signature Talise Spa, an SSI\-certified dive centre, diverse dining options, and a dedicated Kids Club. **About the Job:** An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Team Lead \- Housekeeping** to join **Jumeirah Muscat Bay**. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Carry out daily floristry operations in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, high\-quality floral displays and service standards that enhance the guest experience. * Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies while maintaining adequate stock levels of flowers, plants, ribbons, wires, wrapping paper, and other floristry supplies to meet operational and guest requirements. * Create, arrange, and maintain floral and greenery displays throughout the hotel, ensuring all arrangements remain fresh, visually appealing, and aligned with Jumeirah's luxury presentation standards. * Support Food \& Beverage and other operational departments by designing and preparing floral decorations for special events, functions, and celebrations in accordance with the approved events calendar and guest requirements. * Monitor daily in\-house flower requests, prepare reports to support cost control, inspect all flower deliveries for quality, reject substandard items where necessary, and ensure timely replenishment of floral displays to maintain the highest quality standards. * Prepare floral arrangements of varying complexity, including bouquets and decorative displays, while maintaining cleanliness and proper flower care, and perform any additional duties assigned by management to support the efficient operation of the department. **About you:** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent (essential); Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or any other relevant field (desirable). * 2–3 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company. * Experience working in an international environment with a clear understanding of cultural differences, demonstrating trust and respect for everyone. **About the Benefits** At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where all colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
