Tax Agent

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert tax advice, preparing and reviewing tax returns, and representing clients in dealings with tax authorities. Key Responsibilities • Managing the team on advisory and consulting assignments. • Providing high quality Indirect Tax advisory services on a broad range of indirect tax issues to a range of corporate clients. • Maintaining, developing and managing MBG s strong relationships with clients. • Keeping up to date with legislation and practical changes which impact indirect taxes. • Responsible for successful delivery of VAT engagements such as VAT Compliance, VAT Health Checks and Assistance in tax audits. • Pro-actively identify, manage and implement indirect tax opportunities for the business. • Communicate with impact, knowledge and a strong understanding of a client s needs. Location • Dubai / Abu Dhabi, UAE • Tax Agent Certification is mandatory. • Minimum 3 5 years of experience working in a consulting firm in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. • Familiarity with the taxation laws and regulations in the UAE. • Previous experience working with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) would be advantageous.
