Key Responsibilities • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience. • Answer customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person. • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate customer records. • Promote the company's services, products, and brand values. • Support customer engagement activities, events, and promotional campaigns. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer journeys. • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. • Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and service standards. Requirements • UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book. • High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English. • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. • Professional appearance and positive attitude. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
