System Administrator / IT Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and experienced **System Administrator / IT Administrator** to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of enterprise systems, servers, networks, and cloud services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in system administration, network management, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, and Microsoft technologies, with hands\-on experience supporting mission\-critical business applications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer, maintain, and monitor Windows and Linux server environments. * Manage and secure enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and connectivity. * Administer and maintain **Palo Alto Firewalls**, including policy management, security updates, VPN configuration, and threat prevention. * Manage and support **Microsoft Office 365** services, including user administration, licensing, security, and compliance. * Administer **Microsoft Exchange Server**, including mailbox management, email security, and troubleshooting. * Implement, monitor, and maintain enterprise **Backup and Disaster Recovery** solutions to ensure business continuity. * Manage VMware and/or Hyper\-V virtualization environments, including virtual machine provisioning, monitoring, and optimization. * Administer AWS infrastructure, including **AWS Storage Gateway** connectivity and **Amazon FSx** file storage services. * Perform network administration, including configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco switches, routing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and related services. * Manage System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software deployment, patch management, and endpoint administration. * MOF System * CFS Billing System * Attendance Management System * NTI System * Avaya Communication System * Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability while proactively identifying and resolving infrastructure issues. * Perform regular security patching, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening. * Develop and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, disaster recovery plans, and configuration records. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. * 2\+ years of experience in system administration, infrastructure management, or enterprise IT support. * Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration. * Proven experience managing enterprise networks and security infrastructure. * Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and documentation abilities.
