The Role We are looking for a proactive, strategic IT Systems Manager to oversee our core IT infrastructure, cloud services, system administration, and internal tech operations. In this role, you will keep our network and hardware running at peak performance while keeping security tight and operations frictionless. What You’ll Do * Manage Core Systems: Maintain, upgrade, and monitor servers, networks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and corporate IT infrastructure. * Lead Security \& Compliance: Enforce cybersecurity protocols, manage access controls, conduct system audits, and ensure data protection standards. * Support \& Uptime: Oversee IT helpdesk ops, troubleshoot complex system issues, and minimize technical downtime. * Vendor \& Asset Tech: Manage IT hardware/software assets, licenses, and vendor relationships to optimize tech spend. * Drive Tech Strategy: Plan and implement system upgrades, cloud migrations, and tech roadmaps that support business growth. What We’re Looking For * 4–7\+ years in IT infrastructure management, system administration, or IT ops leadership. * Strong expertise in cloud platforms, network management, active directory, and cybersecurity best practices. * Proven experience in IT asset management, software licensing, and budget tracking. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and project management skills. * Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS/Azure Certified, CISSP, ITIL) are a strong plus.
