Sustainability & Green Building Senior Design Consultant

( Male or Female, Any Nationality) Job Requirements Must have strong experience in sustainable building design and the integration of green building strategies into MEP engineering solutions across Hospitality, Data Center, High-Rise and Landscape projects. Must be able to independently manage sustainability requirements from concept through detailed design, including LEED and Estidama credits, documentation, calculations and submissions. Candidate must have knowledge of energy modelling, energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor environmental quality and UAE/GCC sustainability regulations. LEED AP (BD+C) is strongly preferred; Estidama PQP, LEED Green Associate, CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant, WELL AP and EDGE Expert are added advantages. Must have a minimum of 15 years of MEP design experience, including substantial UAE/GCC exposure in Hospitality, Data Centers, High-Rise or Landscape projects. Must be able to independently lead multidisciplinary MEP and ELV design teams from concept through detailed design, with strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements and international standards. Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required; CIBSE, ASHRAE or IET membership, CEng and PMP are added advantages.
