Surveyor Assistant

• Carry out topographic and site surveys for existing and new Landscape project areas. • Perform field surveys and collect accurate coordinates and elevation data. • Operate Total Station and GNSS/GPS surveying equipment. • Carry out setting-out works for landscape elements according to approved drawings. • Establish reference points, benchmarks, and site control points. • Provide contractors with accurate coordinates, levels, and setting-out points for site execution. • Conduct as-built surveys and verify completed works against approved drawings. • Carry out surveying works for existing areas requiring modifications, adjustments, or redevelopment. • Read and interpret engineering and Landscape drawings. • Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors. • Maintain surveying equipment and ensure accuracy of field measurements. • Indian national preferred. • Must be currently residing in the UAE. • Minimum 3 years of relevant surveying experience in the UAE. • Good practical experience operating Total Station and GNSS/GPS surveying equipment. • Previous experience in Landscape, infrastructure, or construction projects is preferred. • Good knowledge of site surveying, setting-out, levelling, and as-built surveys. • Ability to read and understand engineering and Landscape drawings. • Good English communication skills (mandatory). • Able to work independently on site and coordinate effectively with engineers and contractors. • Familiarity with UAE surveying standards and site practices. • Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
