Support Officer - Banking Operations

This is a full\-time position based in Doha, Qatar. **What we're looking for** -------------------------- **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field * 2–4 years of experience in banking operations or financial services * Strong knowledge of banking procedures, documentation, and regulatory compliance * Understanding of KYC and AML requirements is essential * Proficiency in MS Office and core banking systems * Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) **Skills \& Competencies** * High level of accuracy and attention to detail * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to handle documentation, transactions, and reporting efficiently * Strong coordination skills across internal departments (Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance) * Customer service orientation with professional communication skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines **Availability \& Eligibility** * Immediate joiners are preferred * Valid QID with a minimum of 3 months validity is required * Flexibility to work based on business requirements
