Digital Transformation & Operational Support Specialist

**Job Title:** Digital Transformation \& Operational Support Specialist \- Arabic Speaker **Location:** Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-time Job Description We are seeking a **Digital Transformation \& Operational Support Specialist** to support digital transformation initiatives, enterprise systems, operational reporting, data integration, and process improvement. The successful candidate will work with project and operational teams to improve digital processes, reporting capabilities, system integration, and data\-driven decision\-making. Key Responsibilities * Support digital transformation and technology\-enabled process improvement initiatives. * Develop and maintain **operational reports and dashboards**, including Power BI solutions. * Support data integration, data management, and information flow across systems. * Analyze business and operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement. * Coordinate with IT, business, and project teams to support system implementation and enhancement. * Monitor system\-related operational requirements and support issue resolution. * Prepare reports, documentation, process maps, and performance metrics. * Support the adoption of digital tools and new systems. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting platforms. * Support government or enterprise system requirements where applicable. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field**. * **5–8 years of relevant experience**. * Strong experience in **digital transformation, operational support, data management, and process improvement**. * **Microsoft Power BI/Data Management certification** is preferred. * **ITIL Foundation certification** is preferred. * Agile and/or **Digital Transformation certification** is preferred. * Experience with **government or enterprise systems** is highly desirable. * Strong analytical, reporting, and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills. * **Arabic and English communication skills required**. * Qatar/GCC experience is preferred.
