Supervisor (Painting / Coating) - Walkin Chennai

• Oversee daily painting and coating operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. • Manage and direct a team of painters and coating applicators, providing clear instructions and task delegation. • Conduct thorough inspections of surfaces before, during, and after coating application to ensure proper preparation and finish. • Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site, including proper handling of materials and use of personal protective equipment. • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience. • Hold recognized certifications in painting or coating application (e.g., NACE, AMPP) for enhanced credibility. • Minimum of years of progressive experience in the painting and coating industry, with a focus on industrial or marine applications. • Demonstrated experience supervising teams in a fast-paced construction or manufacturing environment. Eligibility Criteria ✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Age Criteria: • Maximum age limit is 49 years • For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience Managerial and SR.
