Sub Contract Manager

• Negotiate and finalize subcontract agreements, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and compliance with company policies and project requirements. • Develop and implement robust subcontract management plans to govern the entire lifecycle of subcontracts. • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with subcontractor performance, financial stability, and legal compliance. • Oversee and monitor subcontractor performance against contractual obligations, timelines, and quality standards, initiating corrective actions as needed. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in subcontract management, procurement, or contract administration within the Renewable Energy sector. • Proven ability to negotiate complex contractual terms and conditions with diverse stakeholders.
