Student Counsellor

• Counsel students on higher education opportunities in the UAE and internationally. • Understand students' academic background, career aspirations, and interests to recommend suitable universities and programs. • Guide students through the complete admission process, including course selection, application submission, documentation, and enrollment. • Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings to convert inquiries into enrollments. • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions. • Maintain accurate student records and follow-up activities in the CRM system. • Coordinate with internal teams and university partners to ensure a smooth admission process. • Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets while delivering an excellent student experience. • Stay updated on university admissions, scholarships, and education industry trends. • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Previous experience in Student Counseling, Admissions, Education Consulting, Sales, Customer Service, or Telecalling is an advantage. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
