can join immediately * Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, supplies, equipment, and project\-related items. * Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock movements are properly documented. * Issue materials and supplies to departments, villa operations, maintenance teams, and project sites as per approved requests. * Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing/procurement for timely replenishment. * Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of items to prevent damage, loss, or expiry. * Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system or manual records. * Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store area. * Check delivered items against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices. * Report damaged, missing, slow\-moving, or excess stock to management. * Support project teams by ensuring required materials are available when needed. * Follow company procedures for inventory control, documentation, and store operations. * Coordinate with suppliers, site teams, maintenance, housekeeping, and operations departments as required. * Prepare inventory reports, stock movement reports, and material usage summaries. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Requirements / Qualifications * Previous experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in hospitality, villas, construction, maintenance, or project operations. * Good knowledge of inventory control and store management procedures. * Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare basic reports. * Basic computer skills; experience with inventory or ERP systems is an advantage. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple departments. * Honest, reliable, and physically fit to handle store\-related duties.
