Storekeeper - Facilities Management

• Responsible for ensuring that all process and procedures appertaining to general office practices are always adhered to in line with company directives and client needs. • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information • Interact with staff, clients, suppliers • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence. • Issue responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries • Perform General Clerical duties • Prepare and collate all documentation for the monthly payroll of all on site staff • Provide support to the FM in maintaining supplier matrices and the associated documentation • Provide support to the FM in maintaining training matrices / records and back to work / self-certification documentation • Attend team meetings and produce subsequent minutes / actions • Maintain all day to day records and submit as and when required • Ensure financial details are captured and invoiced on timely manner. • Ensure all costs are captured and updated in the cost sheet. • Compile budget sheets and update costs on timely manner. • Candidate Must have storekeeping experience in Facilities Management industry. • Candidate Must be available in UAE. • CAFM system experience will be preferred. • Should have good communication skills.
