The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in uae and will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, ensuring proper storage, and coordinating with procurement and site teams to meet project needs efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of construction materials and tools. * Ensure materials are stored properly to prevent damage or loss. * Maintain accurate stock records and inventory using manual logs or inventory software. * Issue materials to site teams based on approved requisitions. * Monitor stock levels and notify the procurement team for reordering. * Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area. * Ensure compliance with safety and handling procedures. * Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and project managers as needed. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a storekeeper or inventory controller, preferably in the construction industry. * Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus. * Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items. * High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus. * Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software, etc.). **Work Environment:** * Site\-based role; may involve working outdoors or in warehouse conditions. * May require occasional extended hours based on site needs.
