• Safely transport passengers or goods to specified locations while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and functionality, reporting any issues immediately. • Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times to ensure compliance and efficiency. • Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring items are secured and protected during transport. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with passengers or clients and addressing their needs promptly. • Plan and optimize routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption, utilizing GPS and navigation tools. • Adhere to schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely arrivals at destinations while managing unexpected delays. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle, ensuring it meets company standards and is presentable for clients. • Exceptional time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and adhering to strict schedules. • Strong communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency being an advantage for customer interactions. • Basic mechanical knowledge to perform minor repairs and maintenance on the vehicle when necessary. • Proficiency in operating various types of vehicles, from passenger cars to larger delivery trucks, as required. • Experience with transportation logistics or delivery services, providing insights into efficient route planning. • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in defensive driving preferred. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, demonstrating reliability and adherence to safety standards. • Minimum of two years of professional driving experience in a similar role, showcasing familiarity with local routes.
