Storekeeper

• Receiving and inspecting incoming materials. • Maintaining accurate stock records. • Issuing materials as per approved requests. • Monitoring stock levels and preventing shortages. • Conducting physical stocktaking and inventory audits. • Updating inventory records using ERP and MS Excel. • Preparing GRNs, delivery notes, and stock reports. • Organizing and storing materials properly. • Reporting damaged, expired, or missing items. • Maintaining warehouse safety, cleanliness, and security. • Diploma or high school qualification. • 2–3 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations. • Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and material handling. • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems. • Ability to maintain accurate stock records and documentation. • Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO procedures and warehouse safety. • Good communication, organizational, and time management skills. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Honest, reliable, and responsible with a positive attitude.
