Overview Of The Role:
• The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring the store meets sales targets while maintaining high levels of profitability and customer satisfaction. This includes managing store operations, ensuring merchandising standards are met, and overseeing the training and development of store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. The role requires leadership to drive performance, manage resources effectively, and implement strategies that align with company goals.
What You Will Do:
Sales & Profitability
• Meet or exceed profitability expectations for the store in sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion.
• Create and execute strategies to maximize store sales and control expenses.
Operational Effectiveness
• Control company assets by adhering to loss prevention measures such as inventory management, stock movements, sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Execute and comply with company policies and store procedures.
People Development
• Support recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining high-quality associates.
• Lead by example in training and providing ongoing feedback on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Organize weekly staff meetings and daily briefings to discuss store performance and new company goals.
Customer Experience & Sales
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times through assessment, coaching, and follow-up with the team.
• Maintain visibility and lead by example on the sales floor to support selling functions.
• Implement all visual merchandising standards, directives, promotions, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.

What Qualifies You For The Role:
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Store Manager with a proven track record for driving sales and profit results.
• Proficient in business English, both written and verbal.
• Good computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, SAP, and detailed report analysis skills.
