Store Manager

• Oversee daily print production operations • Manage UV, DTF, CNC, Laser, and large-format printing machines • Plan, schedule, and monitor production workflows • Supervise operators, helpers, and designers • Ensure quality control and timely delivery of jobs • Prepare quotations and coordinate with clients • Troubleshoot production and machine-related issues • Monitor inventory, materials, and wastage • Track production performance and operational efficiency • Maintain workplace safety and production standards • Coordinate installation and delivery activities • Drive continuous process and productivity improvements • Proven experience in printing, signage, or advertising production • Hands-on expertise with UV, DTF, CNC, Laser, and large-format printing equipment • Previous experience managing a print shop or production facility • Strong knowledge of production planning and workflow management • Understanding of job costing, materials, and profit margins • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Professional client communication and relationship management skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Proficiency in basic computer and production management software • Results-oriented, proactive, and highly accountable mindset • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage • Valid Saudi driving license is preferred • Currently based in Saudi Arabia is preferred
