Store Keeper (warehouse)

The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing materials and products. The Storekeeper must maintain accurate stock records and ensure the store is clean, organized, and secure. Main Duties and Responsibilities * Receive and check incoming goods and materials. * Verify quantities and items against delivery documents. * Store materials properly and keep the store organized. * Issue materials as requested and approved. * Maintain accurate stock records. * Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when stock is low. * Conduct regular stock counting. * Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items. * Prepare goods for delivery or transfer when required. * Keep the store clean, tidy, and safe. * Maintain proper records of goods received and issued. * Follow company procedures and safety rules. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements * Previous experience as a Storekeeper is preferred. * Basic computer knowledge. * Good counting and record\-keeping skills. * Responsible and hardworking. * Good organizational skills. * Honest and reliable. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Physically fit to handle store materials when required.
