Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and customer\-focused Sales cum Merchandiser to join our team at our Al Barsha outlet. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in fashion, garments, or clothing merchandising, with a strong understanding of product presentation, customer engagement, and retail sales. Key Responsibilities **Assist customers in selecting products and provide excellent customer service.** Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management. **Ensure attractive visual merchandising and product displays in accordance with company standards.** Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of merchandise. **Arrange, organize, and maintain clothing and fashion displays to maximize sales.** Ensure products are properly tagged, priced, and displayed. **Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the assigned section.** Track fast\-moving and slow\-moving items and provide feedback to management. **Assist in stock receiving, inventory checks, and stock transfers when required.** Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally. **Stay updated on fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotional activities.** **Requirements** Female candidates only. **Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales and merchandising.** Prior experience in fashion, apparel, garments, or clothing retail is mandatory. **Strong customer service and communication skills.** Good understanding of visual merchandising principles. **Ability to work in a fast\-paced retail environment.** Basic English communication skills required; additional languages will be an advantage. **Currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately preferred.** Pay: AED1,200\.00 \- AED1,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
