Warehouse store manager / Store Keeper

**Core Responsibilities:** * **Operational Management:** Directing and coordinating the daily activities of the warehouse, including the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This involves optimizing workflows and space utilization. * **Inventory Control:** Managing and reconciling stock control systems, ensuring inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts, and minimizing loss or damage. * **Staff Leadership:** Recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating warehouse staff. They assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity targets are met. * **Logistics \& Planning:** Liaising with suppliers, transport companies, and other departments (like procurement and customer service) to ensure orders are fulfilled on time. They may also be involved in planning delivery schedules. * **Health and Safety:** Implementing and enforcing strict health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
