Place reinforcement steel correctly for columns, beams, slabs, and footings. Tie steel bars using proper tools and techniques. Ensure alignment, spacing, and cover as per construction standards. Follow site safety rules and company procedures. Work efficiently to meet project deadlines. Experience in steel fixing and reinforcement work. Ability to read basic construction drawings. Knowledge of steel cutting, bending, and tying methods. Physically fit for site work. Good understanding of safety practices on construction sites. Ability to work independently and in a team.
