Sr. Site Electrical Engineer

• Lead site execution, supervision and coordination of electrical works for luxury residential villas, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules. • Oversee power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection and coordination of ELV and home automation systems. • Coordinate with civil, architectural, interior design and MEP teams to resolve technical issues and achieve seamless integration with premium finishes. • Review shop drawings, material submittals and method statements; raise RFIs and coordinate consultant and authority inspections and approvals. • Plan manpower, materials and subcontractor activities, monitor productivity and progress, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines. • Manage quality inspections, testing, commissioning, snag closure and handover documentation, including as-built drawings and O&M manuals. • Submit progress reports highlighting risks, delays and decisions required; coordinate with Procurement and QS teams on materials, quantities and variations. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 12-15 years’ relevant construction experience. • Proven experience with a reputable main contractor in site execution and delivery of luxury villas or high-end residential projects; UAE/Dubai experience strongly preferred. • Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations, ELV interfaces, lighting controls and home automation coordination. • Sound knowledge of applicable DEWA requirements, local authority regulations and electrical codes and standards. • Demonstrated ability to lead site teams and subcontractors, coordinate multiple work fronts and deliver projects through testing, commissioning and handover. • Strong drawing interpretation, problem-solving, planning and reporting skills, with close attention to workmanship, safety and luxury finishing requirements.
