SR. Safety Officers

Role & responsibilities to ensure implementation and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, minimizing workplace risks, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining a safe work environment for all personnel. Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety regulations across project sites. Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe conditions, acts, and potential hazards. Ensure compliance with Qatar safety regulations, company policies, and client HSE requirements. Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs for site personnel. Monitor use of PPE and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and recommend corrective actions. Degree/Diploma with Safety certification / Safety certification such as NEBOSH IGC / exp in civil construction / projects / Villa Projects / Experience in building, infrastructure, villas, commercial or mega construction projects preferred. Knowledge of Qatar construction safety standards and HSE regulations is an advantage. Strong communication, reporting, and incident investigation skills. Ability to conduct training and safety awareness programs.
