Sr. QA / QC Engineer - Walkin Chennai

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive test strategies and plans for complex software systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Develop and maintain advanced automated test frameworks using cutting-edge tools and scripting languages to accelerate testing cycles. • Conduct in-depth root cause analysis of defects, collaborating with development teams to implement robust solutions and prevent recurrence. • Mentor junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred. • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in software quality assurance and control. • Proven expertise in various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Postman). • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes. Eligibility Criteria ✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Age Criteria: • Maximum age limit is 49 years • For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience Managerial and SR. Positions: • A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
