Sr. OT Security Officer

• Strong knowledge of OT/ICS cybersecurity governance, risk assessment, compliance, audit and control assurance. • Working knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001, risk management practices and applicable national or sector cybersecurity requirements. • Knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS/ESD, industrial networks, firewalls, switches, historians, engineering workstations and supporting servers. • Experience with OT asset inventory, network segmentation, secure remote access, vulnerability management, logging/monitoring, backup and recovery controls. • Ability to assess projects and changes, translate cyber risk into practical requirements and track remediation with technical and business stakeholders. • Knowledge of OT incident response, evidence preservation and coordination with security operations while protecting safety and plant availability. • Strong report writing, analytical, planning, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills. • Ability to communicate effectively in English and work with personnel at all organizational levels. • Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Control Systems Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited university. • Relevant professional certification such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISA/IEC 62443 or equivalent. An OT/ICS security certification is strongly preferred. • 8+ years of relevant information systems, industrial automation or cybersecurity experience, including substantial exposure to OT/ICS environments in oil, gas, petrochemical or other process industries.
