Sr. Engineer (Structure-Infrastructure)

Qualification-Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering -Experience (in Years): 6-8 Years (for Degree) & 7-10 Years (for Diploma). Structural excavation, backfilling, scaffolding, shuttering, reinforcement fixing and concreting of reinforced concrete structures including bridges, culverts, retaining wall, and protection works Job Contents Responsible for Planning and execution of all structure works including bridges, retaining walls box culverts, protection works etc. Supervise activities and provide support to team members as and when requiredResponsible for Planning and execution of all structure works including bridges, retaining walls box culverts, protection works etc. Supervise activities and provide support to team members as and when required Duties & Responsibilities Provide input for the preparation of shop drawings to the draftsman and liaise with the engineer for the approval process. Preparation of method statements for the works to be executed in line with the QA/QC procedures. Plan the works, coordinate with the planning team to align with the project schedule and estimate the material and resource requirement for the execution of works at site. Responsible for arranging the material and other resource for execution of works as planned and oversee the site execution in coordination with the supervisors. Liaise with Client/Consultant and address technical queries/issues. Coordinate with the Inspector QC for fulfilling the inspection & test requirements of the project and ensure inspection / test records, as applicable, are generated, Coordinate with the Quantity Surveyor for providing the quantities of work to be carries out. Prepare markup and as built drawings in coordination with the Supervisors and the Draughtsman respectively. Assist the Storekeeper in receiving inspection of all the project materials directly delivered to site.
