About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer based in the UAE to design, implement, and support enterprise voice collaboration and VoIP solutions, enforce network access control and security policies, and deploy monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and availability. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, lead technical projects, and mentor junior engineers.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain collaboration voice and VoIP infrastructures
• Configure and manage network access control (NAC) solutions
• Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures
• Deploy, configure, and maintain monitoring tools to track network performance and availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and voice incidents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and SOPs
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications such as CCIE Collaboration, CCNP Security, or CCNA Voice
• Experience with cloud-based collaboration platforms (Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams)
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory standards (TRA, NESA)
• Scripting skills for automation (Python, Bash)
• Experience leading technical projects and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of virtualization and SD-WAN technologies

Required Qualifications:
• 6 8 years of experience in enterprise network engineering or similar roles
• Proven expertise in collaboration voice and VoIP technologies (SIP, H.323, QoS)
• Strong hands-on experience with network access control (NAC) solutions
• Deep understanding of network security principles and best practices
• Proficiency with monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG)
• Experience with routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
