Speech Therapist

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech Therapy from a recognized institution. • Minimum 6+ years of relevant clinical experience as a Speech Therapist. • Strong clinical experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating both pediatric and adult patients . • Experience in managing speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders. • Experience in pediatric cases such as speech and language delays, articulation disorders, autism spectrum disorders, developmental disorders, fluency disorders, and communication difficulties . • Experience in treating adult patients with conditions such as stroke, neurological disorders, voice disorders, aphasia, dysarthria, and swallowing difficulties . • Ability to independently assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Arabic-speaking particularly those who can communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking patients and their families. • GCC/Middle East clinical experience and relevant licensing eligibility will be an added advantage. • Candidates should be willing to relocate to Oman • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders. • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for pediatric and adult patients. • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required. • Provide counselling and guidance to patients and their families. • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records. • Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team. • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and professional standards.
