Job description: **About the Role** We are looking for a **highly skilled and passionate Specialty Coffee Barista** to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate must have **solid hands\-on experience** in specialty coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. **Requirements** * Minimum **3 years experience** as a **Specialty Coffee Barista** in the **GCC region** * **With Pleasing Personality** * Strong knowledge of: * Espresso extraction * Milk steaming and latte art * Manual brewing methods (V60, Chemex, Aeropress, etc.) * Coffee bean origins, flavor profiles, and roasting levels * Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Team player with a positive attitude * Willing to work in **Doha, Qatar** * Can join **immediately** or within a short notice period (preferred) **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare high\-quality specialty coffee beverages consistently * Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere * Handle daily bar operations, stock checks, and machine maintenance * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area * Follow company standards, recipes, and SOPs * Work closely with the team to deliver a great customer experience Work Location: Doha, Qatar Work Location: In person
