OPERATIONS MANAGER (SPECIALTY COFFEE & RESTAURANT) - DOHA

**About the Role** We are looking for a **highly experienced, strategic, and hands\-on Operations Manager** to oversee our specialty coffee shops and restaurant operations across multiple branches. The ideal candidate must have **solid leadership experience**, strong operational discipline, and deep knowledge of specialty coffee standards. **Minimum Requirements** * **At least 5 years** of proven experience managing **specialty coffee shops and restaurants** * Strong background in **multi\-branch operations** * **Bachelor’s degree** (Business, Hospitality, Management, or related field) * Deep knowledge in: * **P\&L management** * **SOP creation and implementation** * **Food Safety \& Hygiene standards** * **Inventory control \& cost management** * **Staff training, coaching, and performance management** * Ability to lead teams with discipline, motivation, and clear direction * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results * Must be willing to work in **Doha, Qatar** **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily operations across multiple branches * Ensure high\-quality service, product consistency, and customer satisfaction * Manage P\&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control * Develop, update, and enforce **SOPs** for all departments * Maintain strict **Food Safety** and hygiene compliance * Lead recruitment, training, and staff development * Monitor inventory, wastage, and supply chain efficiency * Implement operational improvements and business growth strategies * Work closely with management to achieve company goals Work Location: In person
