Specialist – Enterprise Cards

Doha Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist – Enterprise Cards to join its IT Application Support team. The role is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Bank’s card management ecosystem, including credit, debit, and prepaid card platforms, card scheme integrations, ATM/POS acquiring systems, and associated card\-processing applications. The successful candidate will serve as the technical subject matter expert for card systems, ensuring high system availability, operational stability, regulatory compliance, and seamless cardholder services. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, operations teams, external vendors, and card scheme partners to deliver card\-related initiatives and support services.
