**Senior Sustainability Reporting Specialist** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Candidate Eligibility:** Local candidates currently residing in Qatar **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Senior Sustainability Reporting Specialist** to lead sustainability reporting initiatives, support ESG disclosure requirements, and contribute to climate risk reporting in accordance with international sustainability reporting frameworks. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the preparation of sustainability and ESG reports in line with international reporting standards. * Manage ESG data collection, validation, and sustainability performance reporting. * Support climate risk assessments and climate\-related financial disclosures. * Prepare GHG emissions reporting (Scopes 1, 2 \& 3\) and sustainability metrics. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely ESG reporting. * Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with sustainability reporting requirements. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline. * 8–10 years of experience in Sustainability Reporting, ESG, or Corporate Sustainability. * Hands\-on experience preparing sustainability reports aligned with IFRS S1, IFRS S2, ISSB, and other internationally recognized reporting frameworks. * Proven experience in GHG Accounting (Scopes 1, 2 \& 3\), ESG data management, and climate\-related disclosures. * Experience conducting climate risk assessments and sustainability performance reporting. * Knowledge of Qatar's sustainability reporting landscape and QFMA ESG disclosure requirements is preferred. **Skills and Competencies** * Expertise in Sustainability Reporting, ESG Disclosure, and Corporate Sustainability. * Strong knowledge of IFRS S1, IFRS S2, ISSB, GRI, and global sustainability reporting frameworks. * Experience in greenhouse gas accounting, emissions reporting, and sustainability performance measurement. * Strong analytical, research, stakeholder engagement, and report writing skills. * Ability to prepare executive sustainability reports, dashboards, and regulatory disclosures. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or sustainability reporting platforms is an advantage. * Excellent communication, project coordination, and cross\-functional collaboration skills. **Ready to Join Our Team?** If you are passionate about driving sustainability initiatives, ESG excellence, and climate disclosure reporting, we'd love to hear from you. **Apply through Indeed** or email your updated CV to ****.
