The Academic Department within the Operations Division in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Special Project Manager on a full-time basis. Responsibilities • Oversee the complete management and execution of special projects, ensuring quality standards and adherence to project timelines.
• Plan and coordinate human and material resources to guarantee efficient and effective project implementation.
• Collaborate with various departments within the academic division to ensure project alignment with organizational strategic goals.
• Prepare detailed periodic reports on project progress and share these reports with stakeholders.
• Resolve emergent issues promptly and provide innovative solutions that ensure continuous workflow and achievement of objectives.
Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the academic or educational project sectors.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines successfully.
