Job Description • Perform professional massages, facials, and body treatments. • Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments. • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment. • Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service. • Follow spa health, safety, and hygiene standards. • Recommend spa products and additional treatments when appropriate. • Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism. • Ensure a relaxing and welcoming environment for all guests. Qualifications • Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field. • Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or hotel is preferred. • Knowledge of massage techniques, facials, and body treatments. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety standards. • Ability to understand and meet clients' needs. • Professional appearance and positive attitude. • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
