Job description

Supports daily kitchen operations and ensures food preparation and presentation meet established standards. Oversees food quality and kitchen staff and supports the Executive Chef in managing kitchen activities. Good English communication skills with knowledge of food safety HACCP sanitation quality control inventory and kitchen operations. Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
