SOLUTIONS IMPLEMENTATION TEAMLEADER

Lead the implementation of third\-party enterprise solutions from business need to adoption, govern solution design and vendor delivery, drive rollout while ensuring business readiness and adoption, and build and scale the Business Analysis function to support ongoing implementation demand * RESPONSABILITIES: • Lead stakeholder engagement activities by coordinating with business, IT, and external parties to define requirements, priorities, and project scope aligned with organizational objectives. • Define business requirements and design processes aligned with system capabilities to ensure solutions are scalable, feasible, and effectively meet business needs. • Evaluate and support the selection of third\-party solutions to ensure functional fit, technical compatibility, and maximum business value. • Plan and oversee implementation activities in accordance with project standards to ensure delivery within defined timelines, scope, and quality expectations. • Manage end\-to\-end implementation activities, including system setup, testing, and rollout to ensure smooth execution and minimal operational disruption. • Manage vendor relationships by coordinating deliverables and monitoring performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and achievement of business outcomes. • Act as the primary escalation point for functional risks and issues to ensure timely resolution across business, IT, and vendor stakeholders. • Ensure business readiness by supporting training, user adoption, and transition activities to enable effective operational use of implemented solutions. • Define and monitor post\-implementation success metrics to evaluate solution effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization. • Establish and enhance business analysis standards, practices, and methodologies to improve consistency, efficiency, and quality of deliverables across the function. • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and industry practices to support informed solution selection and continuous improvement initiatives. • Manage implementation scope by controlling changes and prioritizing requirements to ensure effective change management and alignment with project objectives. • Provide direction, task allocation, and oversight to Business Analysts and supporting roles to ensure effective coordination and timely delivery of activities. • Review and approve key deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards, consistency, and completeness. • Manage team capacity and resource planning to ensure availability of required skills and support recruitment and workforce planning as needed. • Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support team development and performance improvement. • Drive continuous improvement of implementation approaches, tools, and team effectiveness to enhance overall delivery performance and operational efficiency * QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis / solution implementation roles • Experience in construction, EPC, and infrastructure industries is highly desired
