Software Development Team Lead

Job Objective: We are looking for a technical leader with a solid practical experience in programming and systems development, capable of managing development work with programmers and translating departmental needs into technical solutions that support the business. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Study and analyze departmental needs and convert them into executable technical requirements. • Prepare a systems development plan and prioritize according to business needs. • Manage development work with programmers, distribute tasks, and monitor execution and timelines. • Review software solutions and address technical challenges faced by the development team. • Verify the quality of systems and updates and test them in coordination with the relevant departments before launch. • Monitor the operation of systems post-launch, address malfunctions, and improve performance and user experience. • Identify the company's needs for software, hardware, and licenses, evaluate suitable options, and raise recommendations. • Coordinate with suppliers and technical service providers, and follow up on supply, implementation, maintenance, and support. • Handle requests and issues. • Organize technical support for employees and follow up on documenting requirements, technical procedures, and implemented modifications, and provide regular reports on workflow and challenges. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Practical experience in programming and systems development of no less than two years, with experience in leading a technical team or managing software development work. • Ability to analyze business requirements, estimate the scope of work, and prioritize tasks. • Familiarity with system testing, launching, operating, and supporting. • Experience in dealing with suppliers and assessing needs for software and hardware. • Skills in communicating with non-technical departments, problem-solving, and time management.
