Social Media Storytelling Manager

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. • Shoot and produce premium property videos, reels, interviews and behind-the-scenes content. • Cover on-site videography at project launches, developer events and client meetings. • Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos optimized for social media. • Design engaging graphics, carousels and marketing creatives. • Work closely with sales teams to showcase luxury properties and investment opportunities. • Stay ahead of the latest social media trends and create viral content ideas. • Plan monthly content calendars and execute campaigns. • Monitor analytics and continuously improve engagement and lead generation. • Maintain consistent premium branding across all digital platforms. • Experience in social media management and content creation. • Strong videography and mobile filmmaking skills. • Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar. • Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop or equivalent. • Excellent storytelling and communication skills. • Creative mindset with attention to detail. • Experience in real estate is a plus but not mandatory • Industry Best Incentives and Half Yearly Appraisals. • Curious for Continous Learning and Skill Development. • Someone keen for a fun,collabrative and open work culture.
